Just thought I'd share with you
what I've been up to this last week.
Along with a few other Fall projects,
I've put together a few new key pendants for the Etsy Shop.
I have a little obsession with vintage keys,
and of late they've been adorned with vintage ladies' watchfaces.
Throw in a few rhinestones for some bling...
and add a few charms...
numbered zinc tags...
or a pumpkin and owl for good measure.
and little filigree crosses...
These come attached to a 28 inch silver plate ball chain,
that fits easily over your head,
and hangs just right, to layer with other pieces.
(I wear one of these everyday)

You know, Debra, I was thinking of you and these charming pieces when I put together my lanyard for school this year - a beaded beauty that has my name tag, keys, and a fab WORKING watch designed to be worn as a necklace and read upside-down - in the shape of a cuckoo clock! I just had to deck it out like jewelry - function and fashion. Well, after all - if I have to wear one . . .

Speaking of keys, I had a vintage favorite I'd had for years. But had not seen in about five years. The other day, as I was packing and doing, I found it! I was so happy I hadn't lost it.
